
Berries are extremely healthy food and loaded with vitamins and minerals. They are delicious to eat fresh. But if you have an overabundance of them, you could preserved them as vinegar.
This berry vinegar recipe is easy to make and delicious. The flavor is fruity sour. I love it for my salad. I also take this for a sore throat. Vinegar is antiviral and antibacterial. It is effective for sore throat. Take one tsp of vinegar 5x a day, in 3 days.

You will need the following:
250 Berries (Raspberry, Currant Berries and etc.)
500 Vinegar (Apple Cider or Balsamico)
50 g Sugar
Empty Bottle for Your Processed Vinegar
Procedure
Sterilized your vinegar bottle. Wash Berries with cold water. Put it in a cooking pot add sugar and the vinegar. Cook in a low fire and boil it for 5 minutes. Strain Filter it with cheese cloth. Boil it again for 2 minutes and pour it in your glass container.
