Gardener’s Thanksgiving

For the soil that nurtures my seeds,
For the rain that showers my plants,
For the wind that gives breathe to everything,
For the sunshine that provides energy for my plants to grow,
For the moon and stars that keep watching my plants at night,
Thank you for these unfailing powers that give my garden life.

For trees that give a house to all,
For colorful, beautiful flowers that make me smile.
For comfortable and colorful meadows to lie down after hard work,
For fresh fruits and vegetables that give nutrients for a healthy body.
For beautiful chirping birds, buzzing bees, and dancing butterflies, my best entertainers.
Thank you for these wonderful things I have in my garden.

Dear God, I thank you for the bounty of my garden.
Thank you for the daily strength, knowledge and wisdom that you grace on me.
I am so thankful for how You blessed my garden from springtime to summer, and from fall to winter.
Make my garden a wonderful revelation of Your love, peace, grace, and power.
I bring back all my bounty harvest to you because you deserve all these things.
