I love culinary herbs because they smells good, make flavor to our food, and have useful elements that keep our body healthy. Every herb has a helpful properties that are useful for our bodies.

This herbed vinegar recipe is very easy to make. It is also effective home medicine for sore throat since it is antiviral and antibacterial. Take one tsp vinegar 5x a day, in 3 days.

This will make approximately one liter of vinegar.

You will need the following:

200 ml Vinegar Essence
800 ml Water
1 tbsp Honey
3 sprigs fresh Herb (Thyme, Sage, Peppermint, Rosemary, Oregano and etc.)
1 Vinegar Bottle

Procedure

Sterilized your vinegar bottle. Put the herbs into your glass. Fill the water and the vinegar essence into a glass. Set it is a cool place. After one month your aroma intensive vinegar is done. You can preserve this herbed vinegar for some years.

Tips

  1. The vinegar essence and water could be replaced with Apple Cider or Wine Vinegar.
  2. I just leave the herb in the bottle. I find them very decorative. It is a good present for someone.
  3. You can also experiment to combine different herbs of your preference.
