Kids’ Favorite Cookies

This recipe is very simple. Kids will enjoy baking this cookie recipe. They can roll the dough and use different cookie forms and decorate them according to their creativity.

Ingredients

250 g Margarine
500 g Flour
250 g Sugar
1 Pack Vanilla Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Eggyolk with 3 Tablespoon Milk (Eggwash)
Decoration: Colored Sugar Pearls or Chocolate Chips or any decoration of your choice

Procedure

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
2. Prepare and grease baking form
3. Beat the margarine with an electric mixer until soft and creamy add sugar gradually then add eggs one after the other. Mix for 2 minutes until the batter turns creamy. Add flour gradually.
4. Roll the dough 1 cm thick using a rolling pin.
5. Cut the dough with cookie form
6. Brush cookie-dough with eggwash.
7. Decorate your cookies according to your taste.
8. Bake cookies for 15 minutes
9. Serve and enjoy!
