Who loves to eat a Cheesecake? This cheesecake recipe is my favorite. It is simple to bake and delicious too.

Preparation Time: 20 mins
Bake Time: 60 mins

Crust

75 g Margarine
200 g Flour
75 g Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Egg
a Pinch of Salt

Filling

125 g Margarine
225 g Sugar
50g Vanilla Pudding Mixture
3 Eggs
500 g Quark Cheese
400 g Cream

Procedure

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
  2. Prepare and grease 28 cm diameter round baking form.
  3. Make first the crust, beat the margarine with an electric mixer until soft and creamy put sugar gradually then add the egg and the dry ingredients. Mix them thoroughly for 2 minutes.
  4. Roll the pastry with a rolling pin about 1 cm thick. Transfer the rolled pastry in the baking form.
  5. For the filling, beat the margarine for 2 minutes. Add sugar, vanilla pudding mixture, eggs, and quark cheese. Mix them thoroughly.
  6. Beat the cream with an electric mixer in a separate bowl.
  7. Combine the two mixtures.
  8. Then transfer the mixture in the prepared pastry.
  9. Bake the mixture for one hour.
  10. At around 15 minutes before an hour of baking cover the top of the cake with aluminum paper to avoid cracks on the cheesecake.
  11. Cool the cake.
  12. Serve with coffee or tea and enjoy!
