Ingredients
250 g Margarine (Room Temperature)
200 g Sugar
500 g Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Sugar
a Pinch of Salt
4 Eggs
2 Tablespoon Cacao Powder
3 Tablespoon Milk
For Glazing
150 g Dark Chocolate
50 g White Chocolate
Procedure
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Prepare and grease 28 cm diameter round baking form
- Combine and mix the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, flour, baking powder sugar, and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Beat the margarine with an electric mixer until soft and creamy. Add sugar gradually then add eggs one after the other. Mix for 2 minutes until the batter turns creamy. Add combined dry ingredients gradually.
- Transfer 3/4 portion of batter in a prepared baking form.
- Dissolve 2 tablespoon cacao to 3 tablespoon milk. Add it to the remaining mixture.
- Add this chocolate mixture to the lighter mixture. Use a fork to unevenly mix the chocolate mixture in the batter.
- Bake the mixture for one hour.
- Cool the cake.
- Invert the cake to bottom. The bottom side of the cake is even. So it is practical for glazing your chocolate.
- Glaze the cake with chocolate using
spatula . - Decorate the cake as you wish. ex. fresh fruits or fancy edible
stuffs for kids - Serve and enjoy!
