Ingredients

250 g Margarine (Room Temperature)
200 g Sugar
500 g Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Sugar
a Pinch of Salt
4 Eggs
2 Tablespoon Cacao Powder
3 Tablespoon Milk

For Glazing

150 g Dark Chocolate
50 g White Chocolate

Procedure

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Prepare and grease 28 cm diameter round baking form
  3. Combine and mix the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, flour, baking powder sugar, and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl.
  4. Beat the margarine with an electric mixer until soft and creamy. Add sugar gradually then add eggs one after the other. Mix for 2 minutes until the batter turns creamy. Add combined dry ingredients gradually.
  5. Transfer 3/4 portion of batter in a prepared baking form.
  6. Dissolve 2 tablespoon cacao to 3 tablespoon milk. Add it to the remaining mixture.
  7. Add this chocolate mixture to the lighter mixture. Use a fork to unevenly mix the chocolate mixture in the batter.
  8. Bake the mixture for one hour.
  9. Cool the cake.
  10. Invert the cake to bottom. The bottom side of the cake is even. So it is practical for glazing your chocolate.
  11. Glaze the cake with chocolate using spatula.
  12. Decorate the cake as you wish. ex. fresh fruits or fancy edible stuffs for kids
  13. Serve and enjoy!
