Coronavirus is spreading-out not only in China but also in some parts of the world.

At the beginning of this month (February), my little girl was sick. She had a fever. Our doctor measured her temperature. It was 40,3 grad celsius. She had some sort of infection. She had colds, pains and feeling very weak. Luckily it was not from coronavirus.

We had had several restless nights because she complained about some pains. It was a hard week. My husband was very considerate during this week that he took over the care of our girl during mornings. So that I could go to the office to finish my deadlines and be back again during noon time (half-day work).

The weekend was approaching we were thankful that Esther had slightly recovered.

Sunday, I was not feeling well, I got a terrible headache. Monday morning I could not go to the office. All at once I got a fever, colds, pains, running nose, cough and I was feeling so weak.

My doctor gave me oneweek sick leave. During this time I realized how lucky I am that for so long time I have not experienced such sickness. I used the opportunity to get to know the pain better by not taking medicine in some interval.

I tried to practice breathing techniques to control my pain. With breathing exercises, I could control my muscle pain but for headache, it was very difficult. But a wet towel on the forehead could minimize the intensity of pain. I also discovered that carrot is easier to eat if I have flu. Freshly cut winter herbs from the garden as tea are also true remedies.

It was an unforgettable week. During this situation, I just treasured to be in bed and to spend time with God entrusting him all my sorrows and all my pains. Tomorrow is a new day. Life is good!
