This is a very simple recipe with a success guarantee. You could also try to make mini-pizzas and use different toppings for a variety of tastes. It is highly recommended as finger food for parties. Kids would also surely love it!

Preparation Time: 15 mins + 60 mins to let the dough rise
Bake Time: 20 mins

Dough

300 g Flour
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Olive Oil
150 ml Warm Water
3 g Dry Yeast

Sauce

100 g Tomato Paste
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Herbs of your choice
Salt and Pepper to taste

Toppings

Vegetables or Meat
200 g Grated Cheese

Procedure (I)

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, make a hole and pour water and oil in it.
  2. Mix them to make a dough.
  3. Knead the dough for 3 minutes.
  4. Cover the bowl with a cloth and set aside at a warm place and let it rise for one hour.

Procedure (II)

  1. Pre-heat the oven, 220 grad Celsius
  2. Knead the dough and roll it flat with a rolling pin.
  3. Cut and transfer the flattened dough according to your baking form.
  4. Mix tomato paste with olive oil in a bowl and put your favorite herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Grease the mixture on the dough.
  6. Put vegetables or salami or any ingredients you preferred.
  7. Put grated cheese as toppings.
  8. Bake it for 20 minutes
  9. Serve and enjoy!
