Dough
300 g Flour
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Olive Oil
150 ml Warm Water
3 g Dry Yeast
Sauce
100 g Tomato Paste
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Herbs of your choice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Toppings
Vegetables or Meat
200 g Grated Cheese
Procedure (I)
- Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, make a hole and pour water and oil in it.
- Mix them to make a dough.
- Knead the dough for 3 minutes.
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and set aside at a warm place and let it rise for one hour.
Procedure (II)
- Pre-heat the oven, 220 grad Celsius
- Knead the dough and roll it flat with a rolling pin.
- Cut and transfer the flattened dough according to your baking form.
- Mix tomato paste with olive oil in a bowl and put your favorite herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Grease the mixture on the dough.
- Put vegetables or salami or any ingredients you preferred.
- Put grated cheese as toppings.
- Bake it for 20 minutes
