This recipe is very simple and with success guarantee. For this bread, you could add herbs or toppings of your taste.
Preparation Time: 10 mins + 60 mins to let the dough rise + another 20 mins resting the dough before baking.

Ingredients
500 g Flour (250g wheat flour and 250 g rye flour )
15 g Active Dry Yeast
1 tsp Salt
350 ml Warm Water
2 tbsp Oil
add a pinch of herbs of your choice (optional)
add nuts or seeds of your choice as toppings or coating (optional)
Procedure for Making Dough
- Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add water and mix them to make a dough.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Cover the bowl with cloth and set aside at a warm place and let it rise for one hour.
Baking Procedure
Pre-heat the oven to 220 Gradcelsius .- Prepare and grease rectangular baking form (18 x 9 cm)
- Knead the dough again for approximately three minutes. Add some herbs or nuts or seeds of your choice.
- Set aside for another 20 minutes.
- Bake it for 40 minutes.
